Salesforce revenue crossed the $11 billion mark for the first time in its Q4, also ending its full-year fiscal 2026 with more than $40 billion for the first time.
In its fiscal Q4, which ended Jan. 31, 2026, Salesforce net income increased to $1.94 billion from about $1.71 billion the prior year. For its full-year 2026, Salesforce net income increased to about $7.46 billion, from about $6.2 billion in its fiscal 2025.
Co-founder and CEO Marc Benioff told investors on Salesforce’s quarterly earnings call that the ecommerce technology provider has seen “incredible demand for Agentforce” in its first 15 months. Agentforce refers to Salesforce’s suite of artificial intelligence tools that allow clients to create AI agents.
In those first 15 months, he said, Salesforce closed 29,000 deals, which also reflects 50% growth quarter over quarter.
“We are spending a huge amount of time on Agentforce,” Benioff told investors. He later added that the company is “taking the power of the agentic enterprise of these apps and Salesforce, and we’re giving them the security, reliability, availability, scalability.”
Benioff also introduced a new metric, which Salesforce calls the Agentic Work Unit (AWU). The AWU represents one unit of AI or agentic work.
“It’s a record updated workflow triggered, decision made, MCP [Model Context Protocol] called,” Benioff explained.
He said AI agents on the Salesforce platform have completed 2.4 billion AWU. In Q4, specifically, they have reached 771 million AWU.
“We’re still trying to exactly figure out exactly what these numbers mean for us,” Benioff stated. “But what it means for me is that we are doing what we say. That is, we are explaining that humans and agents are working together.”
Salesforce revenue Q4 2026
In Q4, Salesforce revenue reached $11.20 billion. That was 12% growth from $9.9 billion in Q4 of its fiscal 2025.
For its full fiscal 2026, Salesforce revenue was $41.5 billion. Its revenue grew 10% year over year from $37.9 billion.
Of that revenue, about $10.68 billion came from subscriptions and support in Q4, with the remainder coming from “professional services and other.” Similarly, about $39.39 billion came from subscriptions and support. The remainder there also came from professional services and other areas.
In North America, 78 of the Top 2000 online retailers use Salesforce as their ecommerce platform, according to Digital Commerce 360 data. In 2025, those 78 online retailers combined for more than $192.60 billion in web sales. The Top 2000 is Digital Commerce 360’s database ranking North America’s largest online retailers by their annual ecommerce sales.
The total cost of revenues also increased in both Q4 and fiscal 2026 as a whole. In Q4, they increased to nearly $2.51 billion in 2026 from about $2.22 billion the prior year. And in fiscal 2026 overall, that cost increased to $9.27 billion in 2026 from $8.64 billion in 2025.
Miguel Milano, chief revenue officer, said Salesforce closed 13 deals above $10 million in the quarter. Three of them were above $20 million, and one exceeded $50 million.
Six of the 10 largest deals were upgrades, he said. Seven of the top 10 deals included adding seats for Agentforce. Half of the top 10 included credits for agentic, customer-facing use cases, Milano said. And three included everything.
Milano noted that Salesforce has completed 29,000 Agentforce transactions and has about 22,000 to 23,000 customers.
Retail application of Salesforce’s agentic AI
On Salesforce’s quarterly earnings call with investors, Benioff also held a discussion with Mark Barrrocas, president of SharkNinja.
The retailer added Salesforce’s agentic AI to its ecommerce website in fall of 2025.
“Much of our holiday selling season was really driven by the launch of Salesforce,” Barrocas shared on the call.
Barrocas said SharkNinja launches 25 products a year and needed a customer service solution that could “move just as fast.” He said the retailer set up its guided shopping agent eight weeks before the holiday season, adding that he “was nervous about it.” Nonetheless, Barrocas referred to adopting Agentforce as providing a “seamless conversation” for customers that “was a great success for us this holiday season.”
Since SharkNinja launched Agentforce, the agentic AI has participated in 250,000 customer engagements.
“We put so many products out into the market and sometimes that many products creates complexity for the consumer,” Barrocas said. “And so whether they’re calling about a service issue or a troubleshooting issue or where is my order issue, it’s allowed our customer service agents to focus on really the really challenging issues, and it’s freed up an enormous amount of time for them.”
