New York City Return Bar will serve growing online shopper demand for in-person returns.

SANTA MONICA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Happy Returns, a technology, logistics and service provider of in-person returns for online retailers, today announced the opening of its first Return Bar in New York City, at Rockefeller Center. The Company’s new Manhattan flagship is located in the Rockefeller Center retail concourse and occupies a former ticket booth for Radio City Music Hall.

Happy Returns’ new Manhattan location represents its first collaboration with Tishman Speyer, the owner of Rockefeller Center. The Companies also intend to offer Happy Returns as part of Zo, Tishman Speyer’s comprehensive suite of amenities and services for its office tenants.

Happy Returns’ location is on the retail concourse level, in the north hallway across from GNC. It is accessible from both the Rockefeller Center subway station and the 30 and 45 Rockefeller Plaza building lobbies. The Return Bar is open and accepting returns from participating retailers from 9a-8p on Monday through Friday and 11a-6p on Saturday and Sunday.
