The new options mark an expansion for Radial as it groups technology-driven offerings into the Commerce Solution portfolio as it prepares to transition toward becoming paxon in 2026.

The fulfillment services and third-party logistics (3PL) provider Radial is adding new payments and fraud prevention options to its portfolio with the launch of Radial Commerce Solutions.

Radial which is in the process of transitioning its identity within the 3PL business unit paxon under the Belgium-based parent company bnode (formerly bpostgroup) sees the move as a response to growing volumes of ecommerce activity. With the debut of Commerce Solutions, the new offerings join other fulfillment, transportation and omnichannel services that Radial already provides.

32 of the Top 2000 online retailers in North America use Radial for order management, according to Digital Commerce 360 data. The Top 2000 refers to North America’s largest online retailers by annual ecommerce sales. In addition, 23 retailers in the database use Radial for fulfillment services, with smaller numbers using it for customer service software and support, payment processing, payment security and fraud protection.

Why Radial is launching Commerce Solutions

“Our clients are navigating a rapidly evolving ecommerce environment with changing payment preferences, emerging fraud patterns, expanded channels and variable customer expectations,” said Tom Schmitt, CEO at Radial, in a released statement. “Brands need a way to support new payment experiences while maintaining consistent controls and visibility across the transaction lifecycle.”

Radial characterized Commerce Solutions as an expansion of its existing services, touting the technology it will use to enable managed payment orchestration and artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with fraud prevention. It sees these as tools to help retailers increase revenue, reduce risk and simplify commerce as business activity scales.

“With Commerce Solutions’ modular approach, organizations can adopt the capabilities they need when they need them,” Schmitt said.

What Commerce Solutions will include

Radial, which lists Crocs Inc.’s Heydude and the fashion and apparel brand Tom Ford among its clients, framed Commerce Solutions as a modular approach to targeting specific needs. Among those, it specifically cited orchestrating payment capabilities, enabling fraud prevention or “both together.” In addition, Commerce Solutions will encompass chargeback support and tax compliance services.

The vendor hopes to differentiate the Commerce Solutions portfolio with features that it lists as:

  • PSP-agnostic payment orchestration with no processor lock-in.
  • Automatic multi-processor failover and resilience.
  • Centralized tokenization with long-term flexibility.
  • Fraud decisioning that eliminates manual review.
  • Higher approval rates with chargeback protection.
  • Fully managed chargeback resolution covering both fraud & non-fraud disputes.

Radial’s current transition to paxon at bpnode follows bnode’s larger identity change from bpostgroup in December 2025. Ultimately, bnode intends to have its three divisions do business as paxon, Landmark Global and bpost in the regions where they operate.
