Office supplies retailers see low growth in 2018 online sales

Office supplies retailers saw a 4.3% decrease in 2018 total retail sales, and only a 1.2% growth for online sales in the same year. The office supplies category includes 26 retailers in Internet Retailer’s Top 1000. Online sales for these retailers accounted for 68.5% of total retail sales in 2018, up from 67.8% in 2017.
