Jacob Hawkins will head the North American division of Groupon Goods.

Groupon is continuing to make changes at the top a month after announcing a new CEO.

The company hired Jacob Hawkins from clothing retailer Aeropostale Inc. to head Groupon’s North American Goods segment, the unit of Groupon that sells tangible goods rather than vouchers. Hawkins has spent the past five years as vice president of e-commerce for Aeropostale, No. 150 in the Internet Retailer 2015Top 500 Guide.

From 2011, Hawkins’ first full year at the helm, through 2014, Aeropostale grew its online sales to an Internet Retailer-estimated $219 million from $182.1 million, growing at a compound annual rate of 6.34% according to data from Top500Guide.com. Prior to joining Aeropostale, Hawkins spent almost a decade at Overstock.com Inc. (No. 31), eventually rising to senior vice president of supply chain.

Hawkins replaces Groupon veteran Aaron Cooper, who is being shifted to lead the company’s North American Services division. In addition, Jay Sullivan has been promoted to chief product officer.

The moves come slightly more than a month after Groupon promoted Rich Williams to take over for Eric Lefkofsky as CEO.
