The flash-sale menswear retailer hires a Victoria’s Secret veteran.

JackThreads.com, a members-only flash-sale site that sells menswear, has hired a manager from Victoria’s Secret to oversee merchandising.

JackThreads, No. 440 in Internet Retailer’s Top 500 Guide, says Michelle Cordeiro Grant has taken over the divisional merchandise manager position from Evan Josloff, who has moved to a new role managing the retailer’s private-label business.

Cordeiro Grant has worked as director and senior merchant at Victoria’s Secret since 2010, where she managed several categories in the retailer’s e-commerce and catalog division, Victoria’s Secret Direct, No. 19 in the Top 500 Guide. She joined Victoria’s Secret in 2008 as a clothing merchant, according to her LinkedIn profile. She previously worked for VF Corp., No. 109, where she worked in merchandising the Nautica apparel brand.

“Michelle brings to the table a new level of retail leadership, e-commerce experience and a track record of execution, which will prove to be invaluable to us as we move into 2013,” says Jason Ross, founder and CEO of JackThreads.
