Nike Inc., parent company of Cole Haan, has named Dave McTague CEO of Cole Haan. McTague will oversee all aspects of Cole Haan's business, including e-commerce.

Nike Inc., parent company of Cole Haan, has named former Converse Inc. and Liz Claiborne Inc. executive Dave McTague CEO of Cole Haan, which sells designer shoes, apparel and accessories. McTague will oversee all aspects of Cole Haan’s business, including e-commerce. He starts Jan. 4.

McTague replaces Jim Seuss who has been in the position since 2006. Seuss is leaving the company, but will stay on through early next year to help with the transition.

Most recently McTague worked as executive vice president of partnered brands for Liz Claiborne Inc. Prior to that, he worked as president of Nike’s Converse apparel division.
