IAC/InterActiveCorp has named Mindy Grossman as CEO of IAC Retailing. In her role, Grossman will oversee Home Shopping Network, Cornerstone Brands, Shoebuy and IAC/InterActive’s international retailing operations. She replaces IAC/InterActive executive vice president and chief financial officer Thomas J. McInerney, who will concentrate on his CFO responsibilities, the company says.

Grossman brings more than 28 years of experience in the apparel industry to IAC/InterActive, No. 31 in the Internet Retailer Top 400 Guide to Retail Web Sites. Since 2000 she has served as vice president and head of Nike’s $4 billion global apparel business. In this capacity, she oversaw strategy, operations, sourcing, product development, merchandising, advanced innovation, compliance and sustainability. She also was responsible for the development and growth of Nike’s women’s business. Prior to Nike, Grossman served as president and CEO at Polo Jeans Co. She also has worked as vice president of new business at Polo Ralph Lauren Corp., as president of the Chaps Ralph Lauren division at Warnaco’s menswear division and as vice president of sales and merchandising at Tommy Hilfiger.

Mindy Grossman is one of the leading talents in the industry, with proven success running multi-billion-dollar, multi-channel and direct-to-consumer businesses, says IAC/InterActive president and chief operating officer Doug Lebda.
