Texas-based grocer Brookshire Brothers, which operates a portfolio of food-, beverage- and tobacco-related brands, added PromoAI to its technology stack for promotions.
Cognira, which owns PromoAI, announced that it had completed its implementation for Brookshire Brothers. The AI-powered solution will be used for forecasting, workflow automation and deep promotional performance analytics, according to the vendor.
Brookshire Brothers’ omnichannel services and online ordering extend across its namesake stores and other brands. It also delivers promotions and digital coupons through its ecommerce site.
How Brookshire Brothers will use PromoAI
“Following an extensive evaluation process, we concluded that Cognira’s outstanding reputation, innovative technology, and a proven track record in promotion management aligned perfectly with our priorities in choosing the right partner,” said John Alston, president and CEO at Brookshire Brothers. “Cognira has collaborated with our team to understand our business needs, kept us aligned throughout the implementation process, and delivered a platform that sets us up for success.”
With PromoAI now live, Brookshire Brothers will work on optimizing its operations with promotional return on investment as a goal. The solution provides a single point of management. It includes tools for forecasting campaign performance and evaluating promotions in terms of effectiveness after they run.
“Their commitment to delivering optimal outcomes is exceptional and we’re already encouraged by the results we’re realizing since go-live,” Alston said.
What PromoAI is designed to do
“PromoAI is built to help retailers like Brookshire Brothers unlock the full value of their promotions through data, automation, and collaboration, and we’re already seeing that come to life,” said Hatem Sellami, the founder and CEO at Cognira. “We look forward to growing this relationship and supporting their journey toward smarter, more impactful promotions.”
In turn, Cognira cited enthusiasm and interest on Brooksure Brothers’ part as positioning the rollout for success.
“What made this go-live stand out was how invested Brookshire Brothers’ team was at every stage of the process,” said Luke Anderson, vice president of delivery at Cognira. “They came in prepared, stayed engaged throughout implementation, and that commitment is already showing in the results. We’re excited to see what comes next as they continue to build on this foundation.”
