Pilot John International has added several new product lines to its online storefront, further expanding its ecommerce catalog of more than 100,000 aviation items.
The company announced April 16 the addition of products from Gill by Teledyne, known for its aviation batteries, and ADS, a provider of hardware kits. PJi also introduced vertical engine covers from Sesame Technologies to its online offerings. The expansion is part of PJi’s effort to broaden its reach among corporate flight departments, general aviation, and military maintenance teams.
Pilot John International supplies aircraft parts and ground support equipment.
How Pilot John is using its ecommerce site
All new products are now available through PJi’s ecommerce website, PilotJohn.com. The site allows users to search by brand, part number, or aircraft model. It also includes tools such as a “virtual hangar” feature that recommends compatible parts, as well as inventory visibility, corporate pricing, and document management for regulatory compliance.
“Our goal is to simplify the sourcing of aircraft parts and ground support equipment,” said John Werner, CEO of Pilot John International. “Customer feedback continues to shape our catalog expansion and investment in technology.”
The digital shop is tailored to aviation professionals looking for streamlined procurement options. Features include same-day shipping on selected items, real-time pricing, and part compatibility sorting.
The company serves both individual aircraft owners and fleet operators with a range of products spanning avionics test equipment, tooling, pilot and safety supplies, and consumables.
Pilot John’s expansion reflects continued investment in digital infrastructure to support ecommerce growth within the aviation maintenance sector.
