New Revlon executive

Marshall will play a key role in strengthening Revlon’s ecommerce capabilities. The company is expanding its digital presence through platforms like ElizabethArden.com and partnerships with retailers.

Revlon is also leveraging digital tools such as virtual testing and makeovers to improve the online shopping experience. Recent initiatives include a QR code-based shopping experience with ACTV8me and a shoppable virtual store for Elizabeth Arden, created by Obsess.

Marshall’s appointment comes as Paul Smith, Revlon’s current chief information officer, prepares to leave. Peluso said Marshall’s expertise in driving consumer-focused technology solutions will be critical to unlocking Revlon’s long-term growth.

Revlon, a global beauty company, owns brands such as Elizabeth Arden, Almay, and American Crew. Its products are sold in over 100 countries through various retail channels.
