Lennox, a global manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, has partnered with Contractor Commerce to enhance its ecommerce capabilities for dealers and consumers. The collaboration will provide Lennox premier dealers access to an online platform offering transparent pricing for HVAC systems and subscription services for filter replacements.
The platform, developed by Contractor Commerce, integrates with the Lennox dealer network. In turn, that will enable homeowners to access dealer-specific pricing for HVAC systems. It will also open the door to allow them to compare options and purchase directly from dealers’ websites. Additionally, it allows consumers to filter deliveries, ensuring timely replacements. Lennox premier dealers will be prominently featured on the company’s Dealer Locator, linking directly to their ecommerce sites.
Lennox connects dealers with customers online
Homeowners are increasingly researching and selecting HVAC systems online,” says Lanessa Bannister, vice president and general manager of Lennox Residential HVAC. “This partnership connects them with trusted dealers, providing transparent pricing and convenient options while driving demand for our dealers’ services.”
The initiative responds to a growing consumer preference for digital tools in purchasing and maintaining HVAC systems. By offering ecommerce solutions, Lennox aims to support its dealers in adapting to the evolving marketplace while maintaining its commitment to professional, licensed installations, the company says
Contractor Commerce CEO Will Housh emphasized the industry’s shift towards online engagement. “This partnership empowers dealers to meet consumer expectations in a digital-first economy, transforming how they interact with homeowners.”
Ultimately, the new platform positions Lennox to be premier dealers as leaders in offering digital convenience and transparency in the HVAC industry, Lennox says.
Lennox has a network of over 6,000 dealers across North America. Lennox generates annual sales of about $5 billion.
