For the first quarter of its fiscal 2026, GigaCloud expects revenue between $330 million and $355 million.

GigaCloud Technology Inc. reported higher revenue and profit in its fiscal Q4 and full-year 2025, driven by growth in marketplace transactions and expansion in Europe.

GigaCloud said its Q4 2025 revenue rose 22.7% year over year to $362.7 million. That’s up from $295.8 million in the Q4 2024.

Net income increased 24.2% to $38.5 million, compared with $31.0 million a year earlier. Operating income for the quarter totaled $40.3 million, up 45.8% from $27.6 million a year earlier.

For the full year ended Dec. 31, 2025, GigaCloud reported revenue of $1.29 billion, an 11.1% increase from $1.16 billion in 2024. Net income rose 9.2% to $137.4 million, compared with $125.8 million the previous year.

Operating income for the year totaled $145.0 million, an 11.0% increase from $130.6 million in 2024.

GigaCloud operates a B2B ecommerce platform that connects manufacturers — primarily in Asia — with resellers in the United States, Europe and other regions. The platform integrates product discovery, payments and logistics for large-parcel merchandise including furniture, appliances and fitness equipment.

GigaCloud marketplace GMV, revenue increase in Q4 2025

Gross merchandise value (GMV) across the GigaCloud marketplace increased 17.5% year over year to $1.58 billion. Transactions generated by third-party sellers reached $851.2 million, up 22.7% from the prior year, and accounted for 54% of total marketplace GMV.

The number of active third-party sellers increased 16.9% to 1,299, while active buyers rose 29.9% to 12,089. Average annual spend per active buyer totaled $130,431.

Executives said on the company’s earnings call that Europe was the fastest-growing region during the year.

Chief financial officer Erica Wei said European revenue increased 68% year over year, while European product revenue rose 64% to $98 million in the fourth quarter. However, Wei said growth in the region is expected to moderate.

“We do not expect the region to indefinitely grow at close to 70%,” she said.

The company also completed the $18 million acquisition of furniture supplier New Classic on Jan. 1, which management said will be integrated into the company’s marketplace and logistics platform over approximately six quarters.

Service revenue, which includes logistics, commissions and fulfillment services, totaled $128.8 million in the fourth quarter, up 20.9% from $106.6 million a year earlier.
