Freightos Ltd. reported another strong quarter, with revenue and transactions both climbing sharply in its fiscal Q2 as the freight booking platform continued to expand its reach among carriers and shippers.
In Q2, Freightos revenue rose 31% to $7.4 million, up from $5.7 million a year earlier. Freightos processed a record 397,000 bookings during the quarter, a 26% increase, marking its 22nd consecutive quarter of record transaction growth. The total value of shipments booked on the platform jumped 56% to $317 million.

The Barcelona-based company said the growth was fueled by new carrier partnerships, rising adoption of its customs and software services, and continued momentum from its WebCargo platform. During the quarter, Freightos added four airlines, including China Airlines and Air Europa, bringing its total number of carriers to 75. The number of buyers booking freight digitally grew 6% year over year to about 20,200.
Despite the top-line growth, Freightos remained in the red. The company reported a net loss of $4.3 million, dropping from $5.3 million a year earlier. It ended June with $34.1 million in cash and short-term deposits.
Chief executive Zvi Schreiber said the company’s ability to grow in a volatile trade environment highlights the resilience of its digital platform.
“Amid global trade uncertainty and fluctuating market demands, Freightos has demonstrated exceptional resilience through our platform’s unique capabilities and strategic adaptability,” he said.
Looking ahead, Freightos raised its full-year forecast, projecting up to 1.68 million transactions in 2025, an increase of as much as 29% from last year. Revenue is expected to come in between $29.5 million and $30 million, up from $23.8 million in 2024.
Chief financial officer Pablo Pinillos said the company remains on track toward its goal of breaking even in 2026, noting that currency swings could add some pressure in the near term.
