There are great places to start or sustain an ecommerce business — and states that organizations and entrepreneurs may care to pass up, says a new 50-state ranking by Nexcess, an ecommerce and cloud computing application development and services company. Florida tops the list with the best business environment for ecommerce development while West Virginia has the least viable conditions. The ranking evaluated factors such as economic outlook, local taxes, infrastructure, and financial resources and scored each state on a scale from 1-10.
