A new e-marketplace is out to serve companies looking for buyers or sellers on the global market.

ExportPortal.com announced its official launch today as a portal where businesses can download legal documents and regulatory data related to international trade as well as find and connect with buyers, suppliers and distributors.

The portal, based in Glendale, Calif., says it also provides payment transaction services. A spokesman did not immediately return a request for information about the fees it charges to portal members.
