The acquisition will integrate DataHawk’s capabilities with Worldeye’s existing offerings, including its flagship product Viral Launch, which supports Amazon sellers with product research and market analysis.

Worldeye Technologies has made an acquisition for Paris-based DataHawk.

The deal strengthens Worldeye’s position in the ecommerce enablement space and marks the start of a broader acquisition strategy, the company says. DataHawk provides marketplace analytics tools that brands use to manage and grow their ecommerce businesses.

Founded in 2017, DataHawk provides software that helps sellers track performance across marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. Clients include well-known brands such as Samsung, L’Oréal, Pfizer, Netgear, and HarperCollins. Its platform includes tools for:

  • Keyword optimization
  • Sales and traffic monitoring
  • Advertising performance
  • Competitive benchmarking

Worldeye acquisition of DataHawk

The acquisition will integrate DataHawk capabilities with Worldeye’s existing offerings. That includes its flagship product Viral Launch, which supports Amazon sellers with product research and market analysis. Worldeye said the combined platforms will offer sellers a more comprehensive suite of tools to improve visibility, conversion rates, and operational decision-making.

“Bringing DataHawk into the Worldeye Technologies family represents a significant advancement in our mission to provide marketplace sellers with best-in-class solutions,” said Keith Jarvis, chief operating officer at Worldeye Technologies, about the acquisition. “Their sophisticated analytics capabilities perfectly complement our existing products and services.”

Worldeye notes that all current DataHawk services will remain active and uninterrupted. The existing DataHawk staff will stay in place under Worldeye’s ownership, and customers will continue to access the platform through their current points of contact, Worldeye says.

The companies did not disclose terms of the acquisition. However, Worldeye indicated that the transaction is part of a long-term strategy to expand its technology portfolio through targeted acquisitions.

Based in Reston, Virginia, Worldeye Technologies provides software tools that support sellers on online marketplaces through listing optimization, advertising tools, and data-driven insights. The company said it plans to pursue additional acquisitions in the months ahead to broaden its product ecosystem and better serve marketplace sellers in a competitive digital environment.
