It has been expanding its presence among enterprise restaurant groups, positioning its platform as a system for managing beverage procurement across large, distributed networks.

Provi has launched a new subscription tier aimed at helping national and regional restaurant chains standardize beverage purchasing, strengthen compliance and improve visibility across multi-location operations.

The new offering, Enterprise Plus, expands Provi’s beverage management platform as operators contend with increasingly complex procurement environments that span multiple distributors, product assortments and regional requirements.

About the new enterprise offering from Provi

The release comes as restaurant companies face persistent workforce turnover and decentralized buying practices that can make it difficult to maintain consistent standards. Annual turnover in the restaurant industry has historically exceeded 70%, according to federal labor data cited by the National Restaurant Association.

Enterprise Plus packages Provi’s most advanced capabilities into a structured model designed for large-scale operators. Corporate teams can implement order controls while allowing for limited flexibility at the local level. Those controls include:

  • Product restrictions
  • Spending thresholds
  • Approval workflows

The platform also provides consolidated reporting across locations. That gives enterprise teams greater visibility into purchasing behavior and compliance with company standards. Provi said the tools are intended to help operators move from manual oversight to more consistent, data-driven decision-making.

Orders will continue to be fulfilled through existing distributor relationships. The platform serves as a centralized layer for order requests, internal controls and communication. Provi said the approach maintains the structure of the three-tier distribution system. At the same time, it improves coordination between corporate teams, local operators and distributors, Provi said.

“Beverage programs at scale require both flexibility at the local level and consistency at the corporate level,” CEO Taylor Katzman said.

Provi has been expanding its presence among enterprise restaurant groups, positioning its platform as a system for managing beverage procurement across large, distributed networks. The addition of Enterprise Plus reflects growing demand for tighter cost control, improved compliance, and greater operational transparency.
