SalesRabbit has acquired Roofle, adding ecommerce pricing and digital proposal capabilities to its field sales and production management software for roofing and exterior contractors.
The companies did not disclose financial terms. The acquisition brings together three contractor-focused products under a single platform:
- SalesRabbit’s field sales management software.
- Roofle’s online pricing and proposal technology.
- RoofLink, which SalesRabbit added to the platform at the end of 2024.
The company said the combined system connects online purchasing, in-person sales activity and production workflows that companies have traditionally handled through separate tools.
SalesRabbit acquisition of Roofle
SalesRabbit said contractors have long relied on a patchwork of disconnected software to manage pricing, financing, inspections and job execution. That creates inefficiencies for sales teams and production staff, it said.
The company said it intends for the expanded platform to reduce handoffs between systems. It also intends for it to provide a more consistent flow of data from initial customer contact through project completion.
SalesRabbit said more than 85,000 sales professionals use its software to manage territories, track leads and support in-field selling. Roofle adds instant pricing, digital proposals and financing options that allow homeowners to review project costs and make purchase decisions online, sometimes before a sales visit occurs. RoofLink connects sales activity to production with inspection tools, measurements, weather data, and job-ready documentation.
“Contractors don’t need more software — they need fewer tools that actually work together,” said Ben Alves, chief executive officer of SalesRabbit. He said Roofle fills a gap by enabling online buying that integrates with field sales and production systems.
Travis Harvego, chief executive officer of Roofle, said the company was built to address delays and complexity in roofing purchases by combining pricing, financing and proposals into a single digital experience. He said joining SalesRabbit will allow Roofle’s technology to reach more contractors while remaining closely tied to sales and production workflows.
SalesRabbit said SalesRabbit, Roofle and RoofLink will continue to operate as specialized products while becoming more tightly integrated over time. The company said it expects customers to see faster sales cycles, fewer operational handoffs and greater accuracy from initial quote through installation.
Vista Point Advisors served as financial adviser to Roofle on the transaction.
