Henry Schein One has extended its exclusive agreement with Worldpay to continue providing embedded payments across its dental practice management software.
The move reinforces the Henry Schein’s push to expand digital tools for dental offices. The long-term partnership between Henry Schein One and Worldpay has been in place since 2004. It supports more than 75,000 practices in North America.
Renewing the Henry Schein One and Worldpay deal
By integrating payments into patient intake and billing, Henry Schein One aims to reduce administrative workloads and accelerate collections while giving patients the ability to preload payment details and approve charges in advance.
“Practices need a single, cohesive solution that makes it easy to serve their patients. This agreement allows us to keep investing in technology that streamlines revenue cycles,” said Nick Davies, vice president of product and operations at Henry Schein One.
The payments technology ties into Henry Schein One’s broader digital offerings, which include tools such as its Eligibility Pro module for real-time insurance verification. Together, the systems are designed to create a more efficient workflow from appointment scheduling to checkout.
Worldpay’s platform will remain the backbone for payment processing, providing transaction security and compliance. Terms of the renewed agreement were not disclosed.
