Targeted AI approach helps PatPat improve conversion rate

PatPat is using artificial intelligence (AI) in 2025 as a targeted way to improve its conversion rate.
The retailer, founded in California in 2014, sells baby and kids’ clothes as well as matching family outfits. PatPat has leaned into AI for “a few key strategies that have made a measurable difference” on conversion, according to Ranu Coleman, head of marketing.
“We’re using AI to identify hot vs. cold leads, allowing us to tailor our messaging, timing, and offers based on predicted user behavior and intent,” Coleman told Digital Commerce 360. “It’s helped us be much more precise with who sees what and when.”
