To enhance service capabilities, Parts Town Unlimited expanded its same-day delivery service to a 50-mile radius across 130 locations. This initiative resulted in a 355% increase in same-day delivery orders from January 2024 to January 2025. The expansion is intended to reduce equipment downtime by ensuring customers receive parts faster.
In 2024, Parts Town Unlimited opened a 427,000-square-foot automated fulfillment center in the Phoenix area to improve shipping speed and inventory availability. This facility is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to scale operations in response to growing demand.
