Office suppliers grow slowly online in 2021

The shift to working from home seems to still be weighing on office supply retailers. Ecommerce revenue for office supply retailers in the 2022 Digital Commerce 360 Top 1000 grew 2.5% in 2021 to $19.56 billion from $19.08 billion last year. While slow, that still faster than their total sales, which grew 1.0% during the same period to $41.96 billion from $41.55 billion.

Office supply retailers grew slower than the Top 1000 as a whole, which rose 15.7% to $1.03 trillion from $876.22 billion last year.
