More business buyers are stepping up their digital purchasing, and B2B sellers are responding, says a new research report and survey from ecommerce technology services company Sana Commerce.

But the 2022 B2B Buyer Report, based on a response from 1,282 manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers, including 414 from the U.S., also reveals that many sellers still have problems giving B2B buyers the quick, easy, and thorough online purchasing experience they want.
