Business buyers not only have upped their frequency of online purchasing during the COVID 19 pandemic, they also are using a variety of ways to communicate with the companies they are buying from, based on data from the latest quarterly survey from Digital Commerce 360. The survey reveals that 81% of buyers bought online goods or services at least twice monthly from sellers. Buyers also used e-mail correspondence (87%) as their top way of communicating with sellers followed by live chat (68%), according to the survey.
