COVID-19 has accelerated the B2B ecommerce journey of many U.S. manufacturers. But there is plenty of miles yet to travel before the trip is complete, according to a new survey of 802 manufacturing companies by ecommerce application and service provider Sana Commerce. The survey reveals that 98% of manufacturers have—or plan on having—a digital commerce sales channel. But 81% of manufacturers face challenges with their current e-commerce experience, according to the survey.
