Ski gear manufacturer K2 Sports is upping its game in how it conducts wholesale sales transactions online with retailers.
The upgraded ecommerce site now runs on Elastic Suite software from Emerald Holding Inc., a business technology and services company that recently absorbed Elastic Suite through its acquisition of PlumRiver Technologies. PlumRiver’s range of digital commerce software also covers transactions between sales reps and retailers, and between brands and consumers.
“For the benefit of our retailers, we’ve been anticipating an upgrade to our B2B sales process to best serve our brands for some time now and looked at many potential technology providers to assist us,” says Russell Giamarino, IT director for K2 Sports.
