DuPont’s Knowde storefront “provides our customers with instant access to a state-of-the-art platform that makes it easy for them to learn about our products, ask questions, order samples and more,” says Randy Stone, president of DuPont Transportation & Industrial. “We’ve always strived to provide customers with everything they need to innovate with the products in our portfolio, and we believe our Knowde presence goes a long way toward making that happen.”

DuPont says the Knowde storefront is open to all “existing and potential customers,” who can access such features as advanced search tools, technical product data, online orders of samples and quote-request tools.

“Select your order preferences, choose your shipment method, pay with extended credit terms and easily place your order,” Knowde says on its website. Knowde says it has some 85,000 users.

Other chemicals suppliers with Knowde storefronts include: Roquette, a provider of plant-based ingredients; LyondellBasell, a provider of plastics, chemicals and refining; Sabic, a provider of chemicals used in industries ranging from automotive to water supplies to smartphones; and Solvay, a supplier of polymers and other materials used home furnishings and personal care products.
