Even as overall retail sales of premium goods declined slightly worldwide in 2016, according to investment firm Bain & Co., the 93 leaders in online luxury sales tracked by Internet Retailer increased their web sales to $20.17 billion from $17.16 billion in 2015, a 17.5% increase.

At the very top of that list is Yoox Net-A-Porter Group, which with 1.871 billion euros ($1.974 billion) in revenue in 2016, holds roughly a 9.4%….
