Steve Hamilton, CEO and founder SD Wheel Corp. is constantly seeking ways to automate processes at his business, which sells tires and accessories online.

“Our ultimate goal is to eliminate a human whenever possible,” he says. “We’ll always need good people, but if a machine can automate a process, then that’s often the quicker, cheaper long-term solution.”
