Forrester Research analyst Andy Hoar says in a report released June 5, 2017, that e-commerce will account for 13.1% of business-to-business sales in the United States within four years. The report, “US B2B eCommerce Will Hit $1.2 Trillion By 2021,” updates earlier projections of B2B e-commerce sales.
