NEW YORK-TodayTix, the first and only mobile app that provides access to the best prices on last-minute theater tickets, announced today a partnership with SHN’s Orpheum Theatre and Golden Gate Theatre to offer the first-ever mobile lottery for theater tickets in the San Francisco Bay Area.

As part of an unprecedented mobile access program, Bay Area theatergoers will be able to buy discounted mobile lottery tickets with the TodayTix app to see Tony Award-winner Idina Menzel in San Francisco’s run of IF/THEN. The lottery will open on November 12thand continue until the show ends on December 6th.

TodayTix launched on the West Coast in September 2015 with discounted and full-price tickets available to a bevy of Bay Area shows such as Pulitzer-Prize winning “Between Riverside and Crazy” at the American Conservatory Theater. Orchestra tickets to see IF/THEN are priced from $180 dollars, but with TodayTix, users have access to a limited offering of same-day tickets to see the show at $25 dollars.
