Lands’ End Business Outfitters last week announced the launch of a redesigned Business.LandsEnd.com, where businesses can view their own corporate logos on customized merchandise and their past orders.

Since spinning off from Sears Holdings Corp. earlier this year, one way apparel brand Lands’ End Inc. is making its own mark is by upgrading its business-to-business e-commerce site, Business.LandsEnd.com.

The apparel brand’s B2B unit, Lands’ End Business Outfitters, announced the relaunched site last week. The company says it has improved online product selection for its corporate customers, who now have more options for customizing and previewing online shirts, jackets and other Lands’ End merchandise imprinted with their own corporate logos.

“We are always exploring ways to improve our business, as well as enhance our customer service for our loyal customers,” says Joe Ferreri, senior vice president, Lands’ End Outfitters. “We have two key business segments, Business-to-Business and School Uniform. This investment in the Business-to-Business web platform is an important component of our long-term plan to add value to our existing and new client relationships. The improvements we have made to the site are significant and we are very pleased with the enhanced functionality and customer service we’re able to provide through the new shopping experience.”

The upgraded site lets customers upload images of their logos to see how they will appear on selected fabrics, letting them also see instant image updates as they choose different logo thread colors. Buyers, using tablet as well as desktop computers, can also zoom in to view high-resolution details.

Other new site features include an improved site search and navigation system, and a one-page checkout for faster purchasing. Customers can also log in to view and manage such content as their company’s account information, order history and payment methods.

Although the apparel brand’s corporate separation from Sears was completed on April 4, Lands’ End still sells some of its merchandise for consumers through Sears stores. Sears is No. 5 in the 2014 Internet Retailer Top 500, which ranks companies by their annual web sales.
