Addition of Software Sales Veteran from PeopleSoft is a Strategic Move to Help Grow Sales of the MarketLive(r) E-Commerce Technology and to Increase Company`s Value to Clients

Petaluma, CA — September 28, 2004 — Multimedia Live (MML) (http://www.mmlive.com), the leading developer of e-commerce technology and services for Intelligent Selling(r) on the Web, announced today that Joe Fuca has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Sales. In this position Mr. Fuca will report to Multimedia Live President and CEO Ken Burke. Mr. Fuca will be responsible for all global sales of the company`s MarketLive(r) Intelligent Selling(r) System e-commerce software, for developing new markets, and for increasing overall sales. Mr. Fuca comes to Multimedia Live from PeopleSoft, a $2 Billion dollar enterprise software company.

Prior to MML, Mr. Fuca was part of the senior sales management team at PeopleSoft where he oversaw the year-over-year growth of the mid-market business unit. Prior to PeopleSoft, Joe was Vice President of North American Sales and a member of the senior management team at Evolve Software. While under Mr. Fuca`s direction, Evolve grew from $4M per year in sales bookings to over $70M in the second year and became a public company in the process. Evolve was acquired by Primavera Corporation in 2003. Mr. Fuca also held several senior sales management positions during the `90s with Serena Software (formerly known as Merant and before that INTERSOLV), an e-business software provider. Mr. Fuca holds a B.A. in both Business Administration and Communication Arts from California Lutheran University.

The addition of Mr. Fuca comes as part of Multimedia Live`s overall expansion in the wake of a significant investment from Sequoia Capital in December 2003.
