Didero plans to use the proceeds to expand product development, engineering and go-to-market teams, including enterprise sales and customer success staff, to support deployments with manufacturers and distributors.

Didero has raised $30 million in funding to expand its platform serving manufacturers and wholesale distributors.

The round was co-led by Chemistry and Headline, with participation from M12, the venture arm of Microsoft. Didero is a New York-based software company that develops artificial intelligence (AI) tools for procurement teams.

Didero’s software deploys AI agents within existing enterprise systems, including email and enterprise resource planning platforms, to automate tasks such as supplier communications, order tracking and exception management.

How Didero will use its $30 million funding

Procurement teams at manufacturers and distributors often manage large volumes of supplier interactions across email, ERP systems and spreadsheets. Companies handle much of it manually. Didero said its platform builds contextual understanding of products, pricing, policies and historical order data, enabling AI agents to execute routine workflows.

The company said customers can integrate the system within weeks, after which the AI agents begin handling core procurement processes. It intends for the technology to improve order visibility, reduce cycle times and lower administrative workloads.

Didero plans to use the proceeds to expand product development, engineering and go-to-market teams, including enterprise sales and customer success staff, to support deployments with manufacturers and distributors. The company also said it intends to extend its platform over time into related workflows such as sourcing and payments.

The funding comes as manufacturers and distributors increase investment in AI tools aimed at automating back-office operations and improving supply chain efficiency.
