58% of B2B sellers provide up-to-date and accurate online product information, one of the top three actions for improving customer experience, BigCommerce finds.

B2B ecommerce has become a crucial channel for manufacturers and distributors, but it’s complicated and requires the right mix of technology and strategies. Among the top tools in that mix are headless commerce technology (for customizing ecommerce sites), business intelligence, and product information management software, according to a recent study commissioned by ecommerce technology provider BigCommerce.
