Top Office, which sells through a chain of about 40 stores and online at Top-Office.com, has partnered with Colisweb (roughly translated as ‘Parcelweb’), an Internet-based start-up based in the northern French city of Lille. Colisweb also works with some of France’s leading retailers, including Darty, Boulanger and Leroy Merlin.

Colisweb works with local couriers and offers a number of delivery options to give customers more flexibility: home delivery, workplace delivery, fixed time delivery or the speedy two-hour service.

When a client places an order, Colisweb automatically selects the courier based on location, parcel size and the courier’s feedback history.

Top Office confirmed to OPI that it is currently offering the Colisweb service in Lille and will soon be rolling it out into ten other French towns, including Marseille, Nantes and Strasbourg.
