TV and web retailer ShopNBC.com has named Bill McGrath as vice president of quality assurance.

McGrath had most recently been QVC Inc.’s vice president of global sourcing operations and finance. During his tenure at QVC, McGrath held a number of other positions, including vice president of corporate quality assurance and quality control, vice president of merchandise operations and inventory control and vice president of market research and sales analysis.
