2021 Omnichannel Report
For many retailers, omnichannel services were the key to digital growth in 2020. But as consumer demand continues to put pressure on retailers to implement greater omnichannel offerings, retailers are eager to learn how to achieve a superior omnichannel experience.
Retailers stepped up to the plate to deliver a safe and seamless shopping experience over the past year. 68.7% of retailers offered buy online, pick up in store in early 2021—compared with only 54.0% in early 2020—and an astounding 77% of online shoppers rated their in store and/or curbside pickup experiences an 8 or higher on a 10-point scale.
The 2021 Omnichannel Report analyzes the strategies employed by successful omnichannel retailers and explores the omnichannel methods merchants are using to overcome COVID-19 hurdles, including increasing curbside pickup options, launching buy online, pickup in store, checking for product availability online and more.
This report also features consumer shopping habits and expectations, real-life case studies of various retailers and an in-depth look at omnichannel grocery options.
