LeafLink has released the most comprehensive product update in its nine-year history, introducing new tools to accelerate payments, reduce lost sales, and improve operational efficiency for cannabis sellers and retailers.
LeafLink is releasing the “All Access Edition” starting April 22. It’s the first in a series of product rollouts LeafLink has planned for 2025. The release targets longstanding issues in the cannabis supply chain, including slow payments, stockouts, and fragmented workflows.
LeafLink is a wholesale cannabis marketplace and B2B platform.
“Technology is key for the cannabis industry to reach its full potential, and today’s release was developed to solve critical pain points operators face daily,” says Artie Minson, CEO of LeafLink.
He said he expects the new tools to generate a five- to tenfold return on investment by unlocking faster payments and improving visibility across the supply chain.
New features in LeafLink platform update
Among the new features are Auto Pay and Payment on Sell-Through (PoST). They enable sellers to receive funds upon delivery or once they sell products at retail. That helps to speed up cash flow and reduce unmanageable debt.
LeafLink also rolled out Sell-Through Analytics. That feature gives suppliers access to real-time inventory data across retail partners.
“Sell-through data is a game-changer,” Minson said. “It allows brands to anticipate demand, optimize inventory, and maximize revenue with less guesswork.”
Additional tools include automated invoice reconciliation via 3-Way Match, bulk price editing, and order creation features such as Buyer Order Forms and Order Cloning. The platform designed its new centralized dashboards to replace manual workflows and give sales teams a consolidated view of activity across accounts.
LeafLink is also offering six months of free banking services for new accounts through Dama Financial. Customers of Leaf Trade will gain access to the new features in the coming months. LeafLink merged with Leaf Trade in 2023 and acquired Dama Financial in 2024.
Founded in 2016, LeafLink said it processes more than $9 billion in gross merchandise volume annually across over 30 U.S. cannabis markets.
