Virtual Systems Midnight users can now integrate their MIS software with Window Book’s PostalWeb, a web based postal compliance and productivity platform. 

  The result of the interface is a richer and more comprehensive experience for Midnight users that desire a complete view of their postage and mailing information, that is integrated seamlessly to their already powerful Midnight application. “The interface also eliminates redundant data entry of postage used on each job back into the MIS which saves time and improves accuracy”, commented Virtual Systems president Chris Huber. “We’re seeing a surprising number of clients that will benefit from the data being shared between our systems. This is not the first time that these two industry leading suppliers have teamed up, on providing great value to clients. Window Book had previously integrated their DAT-MAIL Post-Presort Mailing software, the industry’s most robust mail.dat submission tool, into Virtual Systems Mail-Shop software, resulting in their respective clients having complete postage and postal updates on all mailings.
