ProVendorConnect has launched a B2B procurement marketplace aimed at homeowners associations, property management firms and commercial facility operators.
It seeks to standardize contractor sourcing in a fragmented property services market. The Tampa, Florida-based company said the platform replaces informal contractor referrals and manual request-for-proposal processes with a centralized system for competitive bidding, vendor comparison and documentation.
The launch targets a large but loosely organized segment of spending. There are about 370,000 HOAs in the United States, according to the ProVendorConnect. Collectively, they spend more than $100 billion annually on maintenance and contractor services, much of it sourced through non-standardized channels, according to the company.
About the ProVendorConnect B2B marketplace
ProVendorConnect’s platform allows property managers and HOA boards to post tenders, define scope and review bids through a structured workflow. Submissions are screened before publication, and procurement records are retained for at least seven years to support audit and governance requirements.
“HOA boards and property managers spend hours every week chasing contractor referrals and managing informal bids over email,” said Vincent Bianco, co-founder and managing director. “We built ProVendorConnect to give every property manager access to enterprise-grade procurement infrastructure.”
Under the model, buyers use the platform at no cost. Meanwhile, service providers pay an $89 monthly subscription for access to bid opportunities. Vendors receive alerts based on service category and geography. They submit proposals through a centralized dashboard.
The marketplace includes a broad range of services commonly sourced by property managers, including :
- Landscaping
- Maintenance
- Cleaning
- Security
- Construction
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
The offering reflects a broader push to digitize procurement in service-heavy industries where sourcing has traditionally been relationship-driven and managed offline. By introducing structured workflows and competitive bidding, platforms such as ProVendorConnect aim to increase price transparency and standardize purchasing practices.
The company was founded by Bianco, president Nicolas Milette and other executives with backgrounds in construction, landscaping, municipal contracting and B2B technology. The platform is available across North America.
