Bridgeline Digital Inc. and Znode have partnered to integrate AI-powered search and product discovery tools into Znode’s B2B ecommerce platform.

The agreement brings Bridgeline’s HawkSearch technology into Znode’s platform.

About Bridgeline and Znode partnering on AI search

Companies use HawkSearch for onsite search, merchandising and personalization. Additionally, manufacturers and distributors use Znode’s platform to manage complex product catalogs, pricing, and customer-specific experiences.

Bridgeline and Znode designed the AI search integration to improve how business buyers find and navigate products online, particularly in large and complex catalogs common in B2B distribution. The companies said the combined offer will provide more relevant search results, improved navigation and tailored product recommendations.

HawkSearch operates as an API-first platform, allowing it to be integrated into existing ecommerce systems without requiring a full platform replacement. Znode said the partnership will enable customers to enhance search and merchandising capabilities while maintaining their current infrastructure.

The companies did not disclose financial terms of the partnership.
