Most merchants set clear expectations for when orders will arrive

In a real-world test, the majority of merchants informed consumers of either a specific delivery date or a length of time for how long it would take their package to deliver. Plus, 100% of USPS orders arrived on time or early during a July 2020 test of 56 online orders.
