Shoppers say less targeted ads will make them shop more in 2020

The best way to attract consumers to shop more online in the upcoming year is to offer faster delivery and target them less with ads based on their website viewing habits. This comes from an all new consumer survey released by Digital Commerce 360 in conjunction with Bizrate Insights in January 2020.
