SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 7, 2016 — Darling is responsible for the company’s legal affairs and is the newest member of the Stitch Fix executive team.
Darling comes to Stitch Fix with more than 18 years of corporate legal experience in Silicon Valley, having served as the chief legal officer at several technology companies. Most notably, Darling previously served as the General Counsel of Trulia, Inc., the residential real estate site, during its period of rapid growth where he helped lead Trulia’s initial public offering and subsequent $2.5B sale to Zillow, Inc.
