Too many choices. That’s what digital commerce executives face today. While competitors roll out new bells and whistles designed to lure consumers, vendors tout even more cutting-edge options. When setting tech priorities, how do you choose? In this webinar, industry experts will focus on five crucial areas where retailers already are making headway through innovation, and give examples of what it takes to succeed when adopting these strategies. Our speakers will highlight how retailers like American Girl wanted to translate the magic of the instore experience to the digital world by enabling customers to create and configure their own dolls, delivering inspiring moments for their guests and building lasting customer loyalty.
