As editor at large at Digital Commerce 360, Don Davis focuses on data-driven research in such areas as luxury and apparel ecommerce as well as B2B ecommerce. Until January 2018, he was editor in chief at Internet Retailer, responsible for the company’s editorial coverage of business-to-consumer and business-to-business ecommerce.
Marisa Lytle, VP of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, DEMDACO
Marisa leads strategic business development in the ecommerce and digital marketing space while providing guidance on the overall marketing strategy of the business. She has held leadership roles in digital marketing for over 15 years and in eCommerce for the past ten years, specializing in both direct ecommerce efforts as well as multichannel marketing in marketplaces such as Amazon. She has led digital teams in both the B2B and B2C channels in a variety of industries including consumer electronics, floral, gift and consumables, Healthcare IT and building and construction.
In her three years at DEMDACO she developed and launched our B2C website, re-platformed all three of our websites, built an in-house digital team and has led the effort to optimize our branding and growth on Amazon. She also works in support of the VP of Sales on digital marketing efforts in cooperation with the One Coast digital marketing team.
Marisa holds an MBA from Mid-America Christian University. Marisa has been volunteering at Mid-America Food Bank since 2014, in Oklahoma City, OK.
Marisa is married to her husband Mike with five grown children and four amazing grandchildren. She loves art, gardening, mushroom hunting, digging for crystals and her two really big hairy dogs, Anna and Gracie.
Sean Flaherty, Marketing Manager, USCutter
Sean Flaherty leads the marketing team at the Seattle-based B2B and B2C ecommerce company, USCutter. With over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in both agency and in-house roles, he specializes in developing, executing and tracking marketing programs and campaigns that effectively drive business objectives. His experience includes work in numerous industries including B2C/B2B, CPG, Consumer Technology and Sports Marketing.
Krista Mathews, Chief Customer Officer, Overstock.com
Krista Mathews is Overstock.com Retail’s Chief Customer Officer, responsible for all customer-facing aspects of the retail experience from inspiration to post-delivery needs. Mathews oversees the company’s Customer Care, Consumer Insights, Brand Strategy, Club O loyalty program, and CRM teams, as well as any other customer-facing technology, strategy, product, or experiences.
Mathews joined Overstock in 2017 as a category director and proceeded to be named vice president of private label and partner management in 2018. In this role, she increased focus and storytelling for Overstock’s exclusive private label brands and established the company’s new partner Management team to drive strategic planning between top partners and analytics.
Prior to joining Overstock, Mathews spent nine years at Target, holding various leadership positions in merchandising.
Mathews graduated from the University of Michigan where she received bachelor’s degrees in English and Classical Archaeology.
Keith Karlick, Principal, Mercutio
Keith Karlick is the Head of Strategy and a Principle at Mercutio, a full service digital agency, based in Seattle. Mercutio’s motto is “We create exceptional online experiences which help brands win” because they combine award winning design with strong digital executions to create ecommerce experiences that drive brand engagement and increase sales. Prior to Mercutio, Keith led an ecommerce practice at Hammerquist Studios where he helped brands in the active outdoor and travel industries with strategic direction, the creation of online customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
Meghan Stabler, VP Product Marketing, BigCommerce
Meghan Stabler leads the amazing Product Marketing, Communications and International Marketing teams at BigCommerce where they focus on enabling businesses of all sizes to sell more, sell faster, sell everywhere using the #1 eCommerce SaaS Platform for SMB, MM and Enterprise merchants.
Previously she was a Sr. Advisor at CA Technologies (now Broadcom) where she drove product adoption and customer value across CA’s distributed, cloud and SaaS solutions. Meghan’s team of Product Managers and Marketers were chartered with driving increased adoption, maintenance renewals and overall solution value for approx. $1Bn in revenue.
