In February, retailers told Digital Commerce 360 that cost-effective marketing, hiring talent and increasing KPIs were their top three obstacles in 2020. Retailers also cited they wanted to make investments in email marketing and personalization to boost their conversion rates.
But a lot has changed in a few months. Shopper behavior has been forever altered and retailers are faced with new challenges as they look to optimize investments during these dynamic times. Ecommerce has a heightened role to play.
This roundtable webinar will discuss shifting priorities, innovations and how retailers and brands can leverage technology to tackle these new realities. More than ever, brands will be expected to help shoppers find the products and content they need via personalized user experiences.
Lauren Freedman, Senior Consumer Insights Analyst at Digital Commerce 360 will facilitate a virtual roundtable discussion with Sitecore, who will share how their customers are responding, what must be prioritized and how to execute and deliver revenue in this new normal.
