April joined Digital Commerce 360 in 2014, covering mobile commerce for Internet Retailer Magazine. She earned her journalism stripes covering local news as the editor of The Winnetka Current newspaper on Chicago’s North Shore. April earned her bachelor’s of science in news-editorial journalism with a minor in business at the University of Illinois.

A passionate marketing technologist with more than 20 years of experience in growing and building teams to achieve business results, at J. J. Keller, Adrienne Hartman leads the team responsible for digital marketing, ecommerce platform, creative, content, UX, support and direct sales. Previously, Adrienne held ecommerce leadership and IT developer positions at Lands’ End, Mason Companies and Metavante.

Bernard Chung, Global Head of Product Marketing, Commerce Cloud, SAP

Bernard is passionate about helping organizations to successfully engage their audiences and orchestrate the perfect customer experiences across omnichannel interactions.  He has worked with leading global brands in developing customer engagement strategies and tactics. Currently, he is the global head of product marketing for Commerce Cloud solutions at SAP.  Prior to SAP, he held leading marketing roles at Oracle and Wells Fargo Bank.
